The A-breeze
10-Step Professional
Carpet Cleaning Process

1. Pre-Inspection Walk-Through

Ken will walk with you through your home or business, and visually inspect the condition of the carpet. He will identify any difficult stains, and he will give you an expert evaluation of expected results, and gladly answer any of your questions.

2. Vacuum

Vacuuming is a very important step to remove the dry particulate soil. Otherwise, when we clean your carpet with hot water, it would be like trying to clean mud from your carpets.

3. Pre-Spot, and Place Corner Guards

Stubborn spots are pre-treated with a safe and effective solution to increase the chances of the spot's removal. Corner guards are put into place to protect your furniture and doorway casings from the hoses during the cleaning process.

4. Pre-Spray with a Solution that is Right for Your Conditions

A pre-conditioning agent is applied to your carpet that breaks down general spots and ground-in foot-traffic soil for a more thorough cleaning.

5. Pre-Groom

A professional carpet grooming tool is used to further loosen the soil and prepare the carpet for a complete deep cleaning.

6. Hot Water Extraction

The carpet is thoroughly cleaned using the gold-standard system called hot water extraction. Every fiber of your carpet is deeply cleaned from multiple directions with very hot water. Your carpet is left soft and fresh with no residue.

7. Spot Treat during the Cleaning Process

If any stubborn spots remain after the hot water extraction, they will get extra treatment with specialty spotting solutions. Note: to prevent future stains, we can professionally restore your carpet protector.

8. Post-Grooming

Your carpet is groomed with a professional grooming tool so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we are finished cleaning. This will restore the carpet's beauty, and help the carpet to dry faster — plus it will remove any distortion caused by the cleaning wand.

9. A Carpet Protectant
will be Applied
— if You Wish

Your carpet will be protected with a scotch guard-like product designed to protect your carpet form traffic and spills for a year. The protectant will also slow spilled liquids from soaking into the carpet fibers by a few seconds, giving you time to react and soak up the liquid. Ask Ken, and he will be glad to give you helpful tips.

10. Final walk-through

Ken will walk with you through your home, and he will point out the cleaning results and make sure you are completely thrilled with the cleaning job! He will also answer any questions you may have about carpet care or spotting between professional cleanings.
